Pat Horner - Chairman of the Board

Pat Horner has over 30 years of experience in the information technology outsourcing (ITO) and business process outsourcing (BPO) industries. Horner was one of the Founders, Board Members, and first President & Chief Operating Officer of Perot Systems; he grew the business from start up to $250M revenues/$2.5B backlog in five years. Horner also was Senior Vice President of the EDS Government Systems Group from it’s start up through a high growth 10 year period to $750M in revenue and $5B backlog. For the last decade, Horner has been involved in a dozen public and private high growth companies in various roles including investor, board member, CEO and Chairman. He has a BBA in Quantitative Analysis from Baylor University, MA in Administration from the University of Northern Colorado, and was a Pilot and Instructor Pilot in the US Air Force.

Ric Stroup - President and Chief Executive Officer

With over 35 years experience in Information Technology, Ric Stroup is an industry veteran with expertise in telecommunications, healthcare, energy and financial services. A founding leader of Perot Systems, he led the companys Global Telecom Practice, built the Technology and Consulting Services, and generated 35% of the pre-tax profits in Perot Systems first five years of operation. He has sold, designed, managed, and delivered large multi-hundred million dollar IT engagements for clients in retail, telecom, travel/leisure and healthcare. His areas of expertise include solution-driven business service with extensive business leadership in early stage and high growth companies.

Scott Shilling – President, China

Scott Shilling has over 25 years of outsourcing experience in North America, Europe, India, and China. With over 20 years of Information Technology experience at all levels from programmer to senior management, he has specialized in technology assessment, project management, strategic planning, and database development. For the past 16 years, he has focused his Business Leadership skills on identifying customer needs and creating customized business solutions to fit their specific requirements. Mr. Shilling resides in Jinan, China.

Wally Kulesza – Senior Vice President

An experienced senior-level IT professional with over 29 years of experience in financial services, consulting, software testing, offshore development and sales and marketing, Mr. Kulesza is the former CEO and President of The Durango Group, a high-level consulting company that supported multiple US government agencies and defense firms. He is also the former CEO and President of PAC Inc., a $100 million consulting firm specializing in banking, insurance and healthcare. He has held executive positions with Fannie Mae, Perot Systems, DMI, iDirect and MST, working extensively domestically and internationally. He is an expert is software testing, identity management, package software deployment, web content management and data security.

Ed McComas – Vice-President of Sales and Marketing

Ed McComas has over 25 years experience in marketing, channel, and corporate development including sales, pre-sales, technical support, operation, field marketing services and partner channels. His track record for achieving sustained revenue growth in both the public and private sectors is extensive with prior business development and strategic partnering experience at Xerox Imaging Systems, Ernst & Young Consulting, Perot Systems, and Teradata Corporation.

Keith Bollig – Director of Operations

Keith Bollig has over 20 years of leadership for organizations on both business and technical engagements as a business owner, management consultant, information technology executive, and organizational change leader. As a senior manager for Ernst & Youngs Management Consulting Division, he was responsible for leading the flagship project for a new global outsourcing company that grew to 500 consultants. Keith leads E5 Systems Travel and Leisure business unit and has managed projects using Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as well as Agile development using Extreme Programming, SCRUM, LEAN Software Development, and Test Driven Development. He has managed IT projects across multiple industries, including hospitality, telecommunications, software as services (SaaS), supply chain management, loyalty and marketing databases programs and retail.

Miracle Zhou – Senior Architect

Miracle Zhou has over 12 years of experience in complex software solutions with 6 of those years featuring project management and architectural design with on- and off- shore teams. He has delivered multiple solutions with strong understanding and knowledge of architectural and design concepts such as SaaS,SOA,Design Patterns, OOAD, and n-tier architectures. His business focus has included leading web solutions with Online Lead Generation/Internet Marketing, Management Information Systems, Content Management Systems, and Date Warehousing for both entrepreneurial and mature businesses.
