Although most companies want application outsourcing to be invisible, we provide our clients with a personalized portal, to enable them to be part of the management process. The secure portal allows access to defect and enhancement management, client reporting including release schedules, metrics and outstanding issues, communications, with full contact information and access to our Knowledge Management system.

Knowledge Management

As a part of E5 Systems Shared Services, we incorporate Knowledge Management that captures not only "What" but also "Why" decisions are made through a series of requirements, coding, testing, detailed enhancement reporting and performance evaluations. As a result, our E5 Systems Knowledge Management creates Application Management, Development, and Quality Assurance environments that accelerate the implementation of new enhancements.

Delivery Assurance
