Once the requirements have been defined, the offshore technical teams will build the new system, test it, and return it to the onsite team where we work with clients through a formal process of user acceptance testing, validation and deployment.

From there, we can transition into applications support mode.  In support mode, we work with clients to support and expand the new system to meet new challenges and opportunities.
